Can I track my order ?
Most orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. A tracking number will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once we have received your return it should take approximately 7 business days to complete.

Which methods of payments can I use?
We currently accept any credit or debit card with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover Network or American Express logo. Sales open to residents of the lower 48 states only. We do not offer items for sale outside of the lower 48 or the state of California.

Return Policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your unused item in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt with your original invoice. Once we receive the item we will issue credit back to the card used for purchase, minus the cost of shipping. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning your package. *All firearms sales are final and cannot be returned unless there is a defect or similar issue with the firearm in which case the firearm will be returned to the factory for repair or replacement.

Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?
Yes, you are responsible for getting your return item(s) back to us. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning your package. *Please note shoe boxes may NOT be used as shipping boxes for returning boots.

Do you charge sales tax?
No. The state of West Virginia does not tax firearms or ammunition.

Will you ship my firearm purchase?
Yes, with the exception of California. We DO NOT ship to CA. You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. You must comply with Federal, State and Local Laws at the time of order and transfer of ownership
Federal Law mandates that guns may only be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer. The dealer will ensure that you are legally allowed to purchase the gun under all Federal, State and Local Laws before completing the gun transfer. The majority of dealers charge a fee for this service that is NOT included in your purchase and is to be paid to the FFL Dealer at the time of transfer. A flat rate shipping fee ($39 Handguns) ($29 Long Guns) ($49 Specific Larger Items) will be applied for each gun on your order. Your gun will ship directly to your selected FFL Dealer via 2nd Day Air (Hand Guns) or Ground (Long Guns) shipping.

Alternately, you may pick up your purchase in store for free. Any firearm purchased online must be picked up within 7 days. Any firearms not picked up within 7 days will be put back in inventory. Your card will be refunded the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee

Are all items available online and in store?
Yes. All items shown online are also available in store, unless listed as "out of stock". We carry a much larger selection of items in store than what is currently listed online such as ammo, hunting, fishing and sporting goods, Carhartt and Under Armour clothing and thousands of other hardware related items you would find in most typical hardware and home improvement stores.
I’ve found boots I want but can’t select my size.
Some boots are only available in certain sizes. Additionally we may only stock a limited range of sizes. Additional sizes/styles may be available for certain items. We would be happy to special order other sizes/styles if they are available from the manufacturer. Contact us with your requested size/style for availability. Please allow an additional one to two weeks for special orders.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Your order will be shipped in the order that it is received. All orders are shipped within 3 to 5 days. You will receive your package approximately 3 to 5 business days after that (handguns 2 days) - excluding holidays. Please allow an additional one to two weeks for special orders. Handguns will be shipped 2nd Day Air, long guns will ship ground.
